Our Summer Routine

• Early Mornings: We wake up and start our day extra early to enjoy playtime in the crisp, cool morning air.

• Midday Break: During the hottest part of the day, we nap and limit outdoor time to ensure everyone stays cool, hydrated, and well-rested.

• Late-Night Pawties: When the sun goes down, we pawty under the stars and twinkling Christmas lights, soaking up the cool evening air.

How We Keep Cool

• Shady Retreats: Our giant, tree-covered backyards and shade sails provide plenty of cool spots to lounge.

• Hydration Everywhere: We always keep several clean water bowls throughout the property, so every pup stays refreshed.

• Splash & Play: Multiple pools (changed daily) are perfect for cooling off—or turning into mud holes for the pups who love to get a little messy.

• Mister Systems: Installed along most of our fences, these work like outdoor A/C, keeping the air cool and comfortable.

• Hurricane Fans: For the porch loungers, our powerful fans create a breezy, relaxing hangout spot.

At Paw Paw’s, if it’s too hot or cold for us, then it’s too extreme for them. That’s why we carefully adjust our business hours and daily schedule to prioritize safety, comfort, and fun for every fur-kid.
